The NeORA Resource Teams are localized groups of stakeholders in the broad recreation sector; volunteers, students, municipal staff, fitness centers, professional/practioners, sports organizations, trail groups - whoever has an interest in moving recreation issues forward within their specified district. It is important to note that the NeORA Resource Teams are sub - committees of NeORA and are responsible for the district they represent in the following ways:

A) They represent recreation issues in their area
B) They act as an "arm" of NeORA
C) They actively provide localized training, when possible, to stakeholders
      in their area
D) Provide continuity for training between NeORA Conferences
E) Look for training opportunities that can be offered to community
     stakeholders

Currently throughout the five districts the NeORA is responsible for there are two Resource Teams up and running. These include; the Cochrane/Temiskaming team known as NoRPA and the Sudbury Manitoulin Resource Team.
